WinPkg is a static website. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms, and no advertising, and it does not set cookies of its own.

Hosting and analytics

  • The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address and browser user agent to deliver pages; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. See Cloudflare's description of Web Analytics for what it collects.

App icons

To show app icons, pages load images from third-party services, including icon.horse, Google's favicon service, and GitHub. Those services receive the request for the image, including your IP address, under their own privacy policies.

Browser storage

WinPkg stores three values in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device:

  • winpkg-locale: the interface language you picked;
  • winpkg-theme: the light or dark theme you picked, if you overrode your system setting;
  • winpkg-selection: the apps you added to an install selection.

Clearing site data in your browser removes all three.
