Method

WinPkg reads the latest version of every package in the manifests folder of microsoft/winget-pkgs. Architecture, installer format, and scope come from the installer manifest; license and publisher come from the default-locale manifest. Version counts are the version folders currently in the repository, not every release ever published. Publisher counts use the manifest's Publisher field as written, so one company can appear under several spellings.
