在 PowerShell 中运行。文件会保存到 %TEMP%，然后对其运行 winget。

声明式配置： winget configure

一行复制粘贴，无需手动下载。下面的命令会从 winpkg.com 拉取 topic-team-chat-and-meetings.winget，然后用 winget configure 应用它。 适合可重复的开发机初始化和新人入职脚本。
